How we know these numbers

Latvia has thin public price data per square meter, so the figures here are indicative apartment prices (Numbeo for Riga and Liepaja, an agency mid-market figure for Jurmala). We show only the three cities with defensible figures. The official price TREND is solid: the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) index, and Latvia is in Eurostat.
